Bengaluru: In a twist of events that unfolded like a suspense thriller, the Mahalakshmi Layout police in Bengaluru successfully cracked the case of a daring theft at the residence of Sandalwood producer and actor Rockline Venkatesh’s brother, Bhramaresh. As Bhramaresh and his family embarked on a blissful European sojourn, a Nepali gang executed their meticulously planned heist, leaving the house stripped of approximately five kilograms of gold jewelry.
This wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment crime; the Nepali gang had been scheming for three months, meticulously observing the house from a discreet vantage point near a construction site. Patiently biding their time, they seized the opportune moment the minute Bhramaresh and his family set off for their overseas adventure in October.
Upon their return on October 30, Bhramaresh and his family were met with the unsettling discovery of their burglarized home. Swift action ensued as Bhramaresh promptly reported the incident to the Mahalakshmi Layout police.
